Accounts and access
You may play offline modes without an online account. Online profiles, multiplayer matches, chat, and synchronized progress require an account and network access. Provide accurate registration details, protect your password, and do not share or sell accounts. We may restrict access for security or serious rule violations.
Fair play and community
Do not use cheats, bots, external assistance in competitive matches, account sharing for rating manipulation, exploits, harassment, spam, or attempts to gain unauthorized access. Treat opponents respectfully and follow the Community Guidelines. Reports may be reviewed and action taken where appropriate.
Satranj Coins and virtual items
Satranj Coins (SC), earned rewards, levels, and cosmetics are virtual game features with no cash value. They are not money, cannot be redeemed for cash, and do not represent an investment or transferable financial balance. Virtual coin matches may involve game-only entry stakes and winnings; no real-money gambling or cash-out function is offered. We may correct balances affected by defects, fraud, or abuse where appropriate.
Paid download and refunds
If you purchase the Android game through Google Play, the purchase transaction is handled by Google Play. The purchase gives access to the offered app under applicable store terms, not ownership of the underlying software or online services. Refund requests are subject to Google Play rules, applicable law, and our Purchase & Refund Policy.
Availability and changes
Offline play is designed to function without an internet connection once supported game assets are installed. Online features require available servers and network connectivity. We may release updates, fix defects, adjust features, or temporarily suspend services for maintenance and security. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted online access.
User content and restrictions
