Play fairly
No engine-assisted cheating during rated multiplayer, account boosting, exploits, match manipulation, automation intended to gain an unfair advantage, or abuse of matchmaking and virtual coin rewards.
Respect other players
No targeted harassment, threats, bullying, hateful conduct, sexual exploitation, grooming, or repeated unwanted contact. Do not impersonate other users or deliberately disclose another person’s private information.
Safe chat and privacy
Do not post passwords, phone numbers, addresses, OTP codes, bank details, or other sensitive data in game chat. Do not send spam, phishing links, scams, illegal material, or abusive messages.
Reporting and moderation
Satranj provides player-reporting and blocking/muting controls in supported online areas. You can also report serious concerns to official.moonera@gmail.com. Include the username, approximate time, game reference if available, and a brief description. Do not send private third-party data unnecessarily.
Reports may be reviewed, and account restrictions or other safety measures may be applied as appropriate. For immediate threats of harm, contact local emergency services.
Children’s safety
Sexual abuse or exploitation of minors is prohibited. Where appropriate, reports involving serious child-safety concerns may be escalated to relevant authorities. Satranj is not a replacement for parental supervision of online chat.
