Buying Satranj on Google Play
The Satranj Android release is planned as a one-time paid download. Google Play handles checkout, available payment methods, taxes or fees as applicable, receipts, and purchase support. Moonera does not ask you to pay an independent website checkout for an Android download purchased from Google Play.
Requesting a refund
Eligibility for a refund depends on Google Play’s refund policy, purchase timing, location, and applicable consumer law. If you believe you purchased the game by mistake or it does not function on your device, you can request a refund through Google Play or contact Moonera for troubleshooting.
We do not promise automatic refunds for every request or impose a blanket no-refund rule that overrides your legal rights.
Virtual Satranj Coins are not payments
At the current release scope, Satranj Coins (SC) are earned game-only virtual points. There is no cash withdrawal, external trading, paid coin top-up, or in-app payment for coins. They have no real-world monetary value and should not be confused with payment wallet balances.
Purchase or access problems
If you bought Satranj on Google Play but are unable to download, install, or use the paid app, check your Play purchase account and contact official.moonera@gmail.com with the app version, device model, and a brief description of the problem. Do not send your password or full card details.
Online service access
A paid app download does not guarantee permanent uptime of online matchmaking or server features. Offline modes are intended to work independently when included in the installed build. Online features require connectivity and may be unavailable during maintenance.
